Laboratory of genome Instability and Nuclear Organization - LION

Body text 1
Our genomes are constantly challenged by DNA lesions.
A failure to repair DNA lesions may result in genetic alterations, which are the main causes of cancer and other genetic diseases. The three dimensional organization of the genome in the nucleus has recently emerged as a key regulator of DNA repair. Our aim is to investigate the role of nuclear organization and chromatin dynamics in DNA repair and the maintenance of genome stability. To do so, we combine high-throughput genetic, genomic and biochemical approaches with advance fluorescent live microscopy in budding yeast. | Karine DUBRANA Principal investigator Phone : +33 (0)1 46 54 93 43 |
