The missions of the laboratory/technology platform "Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics" (L2P) are as follows:
  • Pharmaceutical preparation of anti-retrovirals in the context of non-clinical protocols: oral suspensions, solutions for injection by subcutaneous means.
  • The dosage of anti-retrovirals in plasma and other biological media (tissues, cells, fluids): the platform is equipped with a UPLC-MS/MS. In the long term, the dosage of therapeutic proteins will be developed.
  • Analysis of pharmacokinetic parameters by non-compartmental methods (Phoenix WinNonLin) or compartmental and study of their variability factors.
  • The study of PK/PD relationships.
