For the everyday management of all our projects, we use a
Kanban agile method. The method enables:
- Enhanced communication within the team;
- An overview of all ongoing tasks;
- Priority management;
- Faster identification of bottlenecks;
- Adaptation to evolving user requirements.
The method is based on visualization of all the tasks on a Kanban board in the form of post-it notes (cf. figure below).
