Research & Development

Our research and development focuses are closely linked to our bioinformatics analysis missions with regard to the genome, transcriptome and epigenetics:

Published on 16 December 2021
  • Methodological developments for the study of human polymorphisms. In particular, exploitation of the most recent technologies in genomics and sequencing in order to enhance the predictive capacities for polymorphisms and their impact on health. In particular, we evaluate the potential of various technologies for the study of various types of genetic markers (SNPs, CNVs, chromosomal insertions, deletions, rearrangements).
  • Development of new biostatistics approaches, univariate analyses and multivariate classifications adapted to very large dimensions with a view to analyzing the genetic profiles generated by genotyping, exome sequencing or whole-genome sequencing (WGS).
  • Integration and development of bioinformatics tools (pipelines) for the analysis of data in functional genomics (epigenetics, transcriptomics). The tools developed are intended to normalize and compare sets of data in order to identify biomarkers by differential analysis.
