Success for the CEA's first Symposium for Functional Genomics.

The CEA held its Symposium on 4–5 April 2018 at the Fontenay-aux-Roses site.

This inaugural event drew 140 participants mainly from the CEA's Fundamental Research Division. The attendees benefited from an attractive and ambitious program prepared by the symposium's organizational committee piloted by the National Center of Human Genomics Research (CNRGH).

The event provided an opportunity to underline the importance of creating a network of CEA actors for functional genomics and furthermore yielded concrete recommendations for the subjects on its agenda.

The various presentations given at the symposium will soon be available on the CNRGH website; we'll be sure to let you know.

We hope to see you at the second edition planned for 2019!
