It also provides research teams with expert advice and methodological support. Its material infrastructure is optimized for preclinical research in terms of data acquisition, flow, storage/back-up and means of calculation.

The platform includes

  • a high-resolution scanner and
  • an optical bank with an acquisition system and
  • image analysis softwares (MCID)
  • software tools for image processing (BrainVISA, BrainRAT, Anatomist, SPM etc.),

In order to simultaneously exploit multimodal data acquired in vivo (MRI, PET, CT) and/or ex vivo (histology, immunohistochemistry, autoradiography).
