Pioneers of translational medicine, from the creation of new experimental models to the development of new approaches to assess the efficacy of treatments, such as pharmaco-imaging. OncoDesign is particularly interested in kinases, a family of key enzymes in the maintenance of cellular homeostasis: their deregulation is at the origin of many pathologies. OncoDesign develops both potent and specific inhibitors of the targeted kinases, which are then tested for their therapeutic potential.
