About IDMIT/IMVA scientific seminars
  • We invite speakers, from France or abroad, who are experts in the fields of immunology, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, translational medicine, systems immunology, etc. to present and discuss their recent work.
  • Place : They are organized on a regular basis either at CEA Fontenay-aux-Roses or at the faculté de médecine in Kremlin-Bicêtre.
  • Periodicity/Schedule : on Fridays from 1:30 to 2:30pm. Seminars are announced through e-mails few weeks in advance and a day before. You can also keep yourself informed by visiting IDMIT website.
  • For those of you who are interested but cannot come over to CEA or Bicêtre, seminars are accessible through videoconferences on CEA’s system (unique conference room identifier and pin code are communicated for each conference).
  • Please feel free to join us, and also to contact the organizer if you want to meet and discuss with the speaker in the afternoon after his/her talk.

Practical information

How to join a videoconference on CEA’s system?

  1. First book a videoconferencing room, or ensure you have proper access to videoconferencing software terminal on your computer
  2. A few minutes before the planned meeting, depending on your terminal type, please dial 132.167.192.47 (H323 terminal) or type visio@visioconf.cea.fr (SIP terminal) on your videoconferencing system remote control (you may as well reach our system using an ISDN terminal or a telephone by dialing +33 1 69 33 10 99)
  3. When asked for the conference room identifier, please dial: 3910#
  4. When asked for the pin code, please dial: 8018#
